Cancellation Policies

How do I cancel a full-session that I have registered for and paid?

If, at any time during a session you are not satisfied, please provide notice and give us the opportunity to understand and make any necessary improvements to win your business.  We will gladly refund your money, minus a processing fee, on a pro-rated basis after receiving written notice of cancellation. 

How do I cancel a summer camp I have registered for placed a deposit for?

We request at least 30 days notice before canceling summer camp.  Each week of camp requires a $100/wk non-refundable deposit.  You are welcome to apply the non-refundable fee towards a full-session class at Kids Science Labs.

How do I cancel a birithday party?

We request at least 30 days notice before canceling parties.  Birthday parties include a non-refundable 25% deposit to reserve your space.  Upon receiving notice of cancellation, we will make every effort to sell your time slot.  Should we be unsuccessful, you are welcome to apply the non-refundable fee towards a full-session class at Kids Science Labs. 

How do I get my money back for a missed class?

Missed classes may be made-up within 60 days at no additional charge. KSL does not provide refunds for missed classes.  Make-ups may be made in any class, per availability.  We ask that you see our FAQ for our missed class policies.  

What if my registration was not confirmed?

We make every attempt to assign you to the class of your choice. Sometimes classes may not be available based on capacity. If for any reason, your email or phone registration was not received, we apologize.  Just make us aware and we will provide an opportunity for your child to take a trial class and/or confirm their paid registration.
